Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, guest services, housekeeping, and security
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 100+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy and premium positioning
- Handle VIP guest relations and crisis management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Relevant degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of Bali tourism market and local culture
- Certification in hospitality management preferred
- Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
