We seek a visionary Luxury Resort Manager to lead our 5-star property's daily operations and guest experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape Bali's premier hospitality destination while working in an environment that blends Balinese culture with world-class service standards. You'll manage a diverse team of 150+ staff across departments including F&B, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations, driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations ensuring adherence to international luxury standards and brand positioning
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through training programs and performance management
- Manage departmental budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and issue resolution
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and partnerships
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental compliance standards across all operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in luxury hospitality with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of revenue growth and operational excellence in resort settings
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of Balinese tourism market and cultural nuances
