Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage budgetary controls, revenue optimization, and expense management
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Coordinate with marketing teams to drive occupancy and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years in luxury resort/hotel management
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and cultural sensitivity
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Certification in hospitality management preferred
