Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of resort operations to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Manage department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Recreation) and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement innovative guest experience programs that reflect Balinese cultural authenticity
  • Oversee financial performance, budget management, and cost-control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with international safety standards and sustainability protocols
  • Drive staff development through training programs and performance management systems
  • Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand positioning and digital presence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years luxury hospitality experience with 3+ years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record in resort operations with P&L responsibility exceeding IDR 100B annually
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and international traveler preferences
  • Certified in Hospitality Management or equivalent industry qualification
  • Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
