We seek an exceptional Resort Manager to lead our 5-star property and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational excellence in Indonesia's premier tourism destination.
Our resort features 150 ocean-view suites, three signature restaurants, a world-renowned spa, and direct beach access. You'll oversee a team of 120+ staff while maintaining our reputation for impeccable service and sustainable luxury practices. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments and possess deep expertise in Southeast Asian hospitality trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of resort operations to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Manage department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Recreation) and ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement innovative guest experience programs that reflect Balinese cultural authenticity
- Oversee financial performance, budget management, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and sustainability protocols
- Drive staff development through training programs and performance management systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand positioning and digital presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years luxury hospitality experience with 3+ years in senior management roles
- Proven track record in resort operations with P&L responsibility exceeding IDR 100B annually
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and international traveler preferences
- Certified in Hospitality Management or equivalent industry qualification
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainable tourism practices and cultural sensitivity
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality analytics tools
