Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with international luxury service standards
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Handle crisis management and emergency protocols
- Monitor financial performance and budget adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent field
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record in resort operations and team leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding of Balinese tourism landscape and culture
