Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage multi-million IDR budgets with strict cost-control measures
- Lead, mentor, and train 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with international safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Forge partnerships with local tourism authorities and luxury travel agencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at resort level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium markets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certified hospitality management degree or equivalent industry experience
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) and revenue management
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism ecosystem
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
