Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and security
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Coordinate marketing partnerships and community engagement programs
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and maintain exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years luxury resort/hotel management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and P&L management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and safety protocols
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages valued
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality software
- Certification in Crisis Management and First Aid required
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through innovative strategies
