Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets, financial performance, and cost optimization
- Lead, mentor, and train a multicultural team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years luxury resort/hotel management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and financial oversight
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tourism regulations and industry trends
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
- Advanced certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, SHRM)
