Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams through performance management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local hospitality regulations
- Analyze financial performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and guest loyalty programs
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Handle guest escalations with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in luxury resort/hotel management
- Proven track record in team leadership and P&L management
- Expert knowledge of Bali tourism market and guest expectations
- Advanced certification in hospitality management (CHIA/CHA preferred)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability in hospitality operations
