Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement innovative guest experience programs to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals through performance management and training initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sustainability protocols exceeding Indonesian tourism standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop destination-specific promotions and digital engagement strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes while maintaining cost efficiency
- Represent the resort at industry events and community partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in revenue management exceeding industry benchmarks
- Deep understanding of Balinese tourism market and cultural sensitivities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Advanced certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, CIH) or equivalent
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Crisis management experience and ability to maintain service excellence during peak seasons
