Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with international luxury service standards and local regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and operational budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Drive innovative guest experience initiatives and loyalty programs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, CHT) or equivalent qualification
- Expertise in implementing sustainable tourism practices
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
