Aura Luxury Resorts & Spa is seeking a sophisticated and detail-oriented Director of Guest Experience to elevate our boutique property in Canggu. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless, high-touch interactions that turn first-time visitors into lifelong ambassadors of our brand.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of ultra-luxury service standards, a passion for cultural curation, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced, tropical environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative guest journey strategies to increase satisfaction scores.
- Lead and mentor the front-of-house, concierge, and butler teams to maintain 5-star standards.
- Analyze guest feedback data to identify service gaps and implement immediate operational improvements.
- Collaborate with the F&B and Spa departments to create holistic, bespoke guest experiences.
- Manage VIP guest relations, ensuring personalized service for high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.
- Oversee departmental budget, staffing schedules, and performance KPIs.
- Champion internal training programs focused on hospitality excellence and emotional intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury hotel management or high-end resorts.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in driving guest loyalty and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a multinational team.
- Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
