Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative guest journey strategies to increase satisfaction scores.
  • Lead and mentor the front-of-house, concierge, and butler teams to maintain 5-star standards.
  • Analyze guest feedback data to identify service gaps and implement immediate operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with the F&B and Spa departments to create holistic, bespoke guest experiences.
  • Manage VIP guest relations, ensuring personalized service for high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.
  • Oversee departmental budget, staffing schedules, and performance KPIs.
  • Champion internal training programs focused on hospitality excellence and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury hotel management or high-end resorts.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record in driving guest loyalty and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
