Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction scores
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with marketing team to enhance brand presence and drive direct bookings
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sustainability standards
- Forge partnerships with local tourism boards and luxury travel agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years in luxury resort/hotel management with 3+ years at senior level
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Expertise in Balinese tourism market and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality analytics tools
