Responsibilities
- Design and execute bespoke guest experiences aligned with luxury brand standards
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through daily operations
- Develop strategic relationships with high-net-worth clientele and travel partners
- Analyze guest feedback data to implement service improvements and innovation
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, events, and personalized itineraries
- Collaborate with F&B and spa departments to create integrated guest journeys
- Oversee budget management for guest experience initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in guest relations leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in Luxury Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Proven track record in exceeding guest satisfaction metrics (NPS >90)
- Expertise in CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- Crisis management and conflict resolution expertise
- Valid Bali work permit and health certification
