Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Oversee daily resort operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and culinary divisions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse multicultural team to deliver bespoke, intuitive service.
- Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure meticulous maintenance of the property’s eco-luxury standards.
- Develop local community partnerships and sustainable tourism initiatives.
- Represent the brand at high-level industry events and manage local government relations.
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to optimize revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality (5-star resort environment required).
- Proven track record of managing high-revenue properties with a focus on guest personalization.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budget forecasting, and cost control.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian hospitality market and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a background in fostering inclusive, high-morale work environments.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
