Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentorship, and professional development for an international team.
- Manage the property P&L, ensuring strict adherence to budget targets and cost-control initiatives.
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy and brand positioning.
- Maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the resort.
- Act as the primary ambassador for the resort, engaging with high-net-worth guests and local stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality or 5-star resort environments.
- Proven track record in driving profitable growth and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, multicultural teams.
- Deep understanding of the Bali luxury market and regional travel trends.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Advanced financial acumen and experience with hotel management software (PMS, POS).
