Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the resort to ensure consistent 5-star service standards.
- Develop and execute annual operating budgets, driving profitability through strategic revenue management.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse multicultural team of department heads and staff members.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement actionable improvements to maintain our market-leading reputation.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and international safety standards.
- Foster strong relationships with local community partners and luxury travel stakeholders.
- Drive innovative sustainability initiatives that align with our eco-conscious brand identity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience within luxury hospitality, preferably in a resort setting.
- Proven track record in driving P&L success and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of high-end guest expectations and service culture.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Strong background in digital marketing and global OTA channel management.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex operational environment.
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
