As the General Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for orchestrating world-class guest experiences while driving commercial success. You will lead a diverse, high-performing team and ensure our commitment to bespoke service and operational excellence remains unparalleled in the Indonesian market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve annual revenue and GOP targets.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Engineering.
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury service, ensuring continuous guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multicultural team to deliver exceptional service consistency.
- Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure facility maintenance meets global luxury standards.
- Develop strong relationships with local government, community leaders, and key industry stakeholders.
- Implement innovative sustainability initiatives to align with global eco-tourism best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in international 5-star luxury resorts.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar P&L budgets with high EBITDA margins.
- Deep expertise in Indonesian luxury tourism market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage high-volume, premium service environments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and operational optimization.
