You will oversee all daily operations, lead a multicultural team of elite professionals, and ensure our guest satisfaction remains unmatched in the Indian Ocean.

Responsibilities
- Lead total resort operations including rooms, F&B, spa, and engineering.
- Drive financial performance and maintain strict budgetary controls.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing international team.
- Oversee high-profile guest relations to ensure personalized experiences.
- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives across the resort.
- Ensure compliance with international luxury brand standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with executive stakeholders to execute long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with at least 3 years as a GM.
- Proven track record of managing high-end remote or island resort properties.
- Exceptional financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.
- Mastery of hotel management software (e.g., Opera) and modern CRM tools.
- Strong background in food and beverage excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a secluded, high-pressure, island-based environment.
