You will be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring that our guests experience unparalleled serenity and our staff thrives in a culture of excellence.
The successful candidate will blend operational rigor with an intuitive understanding of high-end guest needs, managing our property’s P&L, brand integrity, and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end resort operations, ensuring flawless execution of service standards.
- Develop and implement annual business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a diverse international team, fostering a culture of high performance and cultural respect.
- Manage the property’s budget, P&L statements, and capital expenditure projects.
- Maintain excellence in brand standards and guest satisfaction scores across all digital touchpoints.
- Coordinate with local authorities and vendors to ensure sustainable and compliant operations.
- Drive innovative marketing and guest-experience initiatives to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury hotel/resort management, with at least 3 years in a GM or Deputy GM role.
- Proven track record of success in the Southeast Asian luxury travel market.
- Exceptional financial acumen and experience with hotel management software (PMS).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multicultural teams.
