As the face of our resort, you will drive operational excellence, uphold our commitment to sustainable luxury, and mentor a high-performing multicultural team.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation as a premier destination for global travelers, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand's standard of elegance and serenity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments.
- Develop and execute annual business strategies to exceed revenue targets and maximize GOP.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence through rigorous training and staff development programs.
- Maintain strict compliance with local regulations and international health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure facility aesthetics align with our premium brand image.
- Analyze financial reports and market data to optimize pricing, occupancy, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with local stakeholders and international travel partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a resort setting.
- Proven track record of managing P&L statements and delivering consistent financial growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in a remote or island environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of OTA management, revenue management systems, and property management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an calm, professional demeanor.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field.
