You will oversee all aspects of resort operations, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience while driving sustainable profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve annual revenue and occupancy targets.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa services.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence, ensuring all guest interactions meet 5-star brand standards.
- Manage the property P&L, focusing on cost-effective resource allocation and revenue growth initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, promoting professional development and staff retention.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability mandates.
- Represent the brand at high-level industry events and manage local stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in senior hospitality management, with at least 3 years as a GM in a 5-star resort setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-end, luxury boutique properties.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field; MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate guest experiences and stay ahead of luxury travel trends.
