Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve annual revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Oversee all daily operations across departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Foster a culture of professional excellence, mentorship, and high employee engagement.
- Manage the property P&L, ensuring budget adherence and identifying opportunities for cost-optimization and margin growth.
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards in alignment with global luxury brand benchmarks.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and high-net-worth clientele.
- Implement sustainable tourism practices to minimize environmental impact while maintaining luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian luxury hospitality market and regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale P&Ls and driving ADR (Average Daily Rate) and RevPAR growth.
- Exceptional fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is highly advantageous.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- A deep passion for guest service and an unwavering attention to detail.
