Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring seamless service across all departments.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring department heads and staff members.
- Manage capital projects and property maintenance to ensure the integrity of our assets.
- Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and manage reputation across digital platforms.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and environmental sustainability standards.
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in luxury boutique hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record in driving RevPAR and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong background in financial management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on multicultural team building.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a distinct advantage.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field.
- Passion for wellness-focused travel and sustainable tourism practices.
