As our General Manager, you will be the face of the resort, driving financial performance, cultivating a high-performing culture, and ensuring that our service standards remain the gold standard in the Indonesian hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day resort operations to ensure world-class guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute annual strategic business plans and departmental budgets.
- Mentor, inspire, and manage a diverse team of over 200 hospitality professionals.
- Maintain strict quality control measures aligned with 5-star international standards.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative upselling strategies and proactive yield management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, and premium travel partners.
- Implement sustainable luxury initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in international luxury resorts.
- Proven track record of exceeding GOP and RevPAR targets in competitive markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field.
- Exceptional fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a distinct advantage.
- Deep expertise in property management systems (PMS) and modern CRM tools.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to lead diverse, multi-cultural teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for refined aesthetics.
