As the face of our resort, you will orchestrate seamless operations, mentor a world-class team, and drive financial growth while maintaining the serene, bespoke environment our global clientele expects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end resort operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute annual strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multicultural team of 150+ staff across various departments.
- Manage the P&L with a focus on cost optimization and maximizing ADR and RevPAR.
- Represent the brand at high-level networking events and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and local regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume operations and large teams.
- Deep understanding of the Asian luxury tourism market.
- Exceptional financial acumen, including budget development and P&L management.
- Fluency in English (professional proficiency) is mandatory; additional language skills are a strong plus.
- Strong background in luxury service standards, wellness hospitality, and guest lifecycle management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
