Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring department heads and fostering professional development.
- Manage property-wide P&L performance, cost controls, and revenue management strategies.
- Maintain brand integrity through rigorous quality assurance audits and guest feedback analysis.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and community leaders.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in luxury hotel/resort operations.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume, premium property budgets and P&Ls.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of team retention and development.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market and luxury travel trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
