You will set the standard for excellence, curating bespoke guest experiences and driving operational profitability in one of the world's most sought-after destinations.

Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations, ensuring 5-star service standards are exceeded daily.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, capital expenditure budgets, and revenue strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 200+ staff members across all departments.
- Maintain superior property maintenance and aesthetic integrity of our oceanfront facilities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders, travel partners, and high-net-worth guests.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize occupancy rates and ADR.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotels or private resorts).
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing P&L statements exceeding $10M USD.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, multicultural teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian hospitality market and luxury travel trends.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
