Responsibilities
- Design and implement immersive guest experiences aligned with luxury brand standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including concierge, F&B, and spa operations
- Oversee personalized service delivery for high-net-worth clientele
- Develop strategic partnerships with local tourism stakeholders
- Analyze guest satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget optimization and cost control measures
- Mentor junior staff through performance coaching and skill development programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in designing premium guest experiences in tropical destinations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Expertise in revenue management and operational budgeting
- Certified in international hospitality standards (e.g., IHG, SHG)
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- Cultural sensitivity and deep knowledge of Balinese tourism landscape
