Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including dining, spa, and guest services
- Develop and implement guest experience enhancement strategies
- Train and mentor staff on luxury service standards
- Manage VIP guest relationships and personalized itineraries
- Analyze guest feedback to drive operational improvements
- Collaborate with marketing on brand positioning campaigns
- Ensure compliance with international safety and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction excellence
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- International luxury brand experience preferred
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA)
- Advanced crisis management and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management
- Cultural sensitivity and multilingual abilities
