Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of F&B, housekeeping, concierge, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads through performance-driven leadership
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with luxury service standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with marketing to create unique guest experiences
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with eco-tourism best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Proven track record in premium resort operations in tropical destinations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations and cultural nuances
