Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative guest experience programs exceeding luxury industry benchmarks
- Oversee 50+ F&B, concierge, and villa operations staff with rigorous performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to develop bespoke travel packages for high-net-worth clientele
- Manage multi-million operational budget while maintaining 95%+ guest satisfaction scores
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning with UNESCO World Heritage preservation goals
- Train staff in cultural immersion techniques for authentic Balinese hospitality
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record in resorts with 100+ rooms and 5-star TripAdvisor ratings
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual capabilities preferred
- Certified in Revenue Management and Sustainable Tourism Practices
- Expertise in CRM systems (Opera, Oracle) and data-driven decision making
- Crisis management certification with successful incident resolution examples
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism ecosystem and regulatory requirements
