Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative guest journey frameworks across all touchpoints
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of 150+ hospitality professionals
- Drive revenue optimization through upselling strategies and premium service packages
- Oversee VIP experiences including celebrity and corporate clientele management
- Develop and execute cultural immersion programs with local partners
- Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvement systems
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling destination narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury hospitality leadership with minimum 5 years in director-level roles
- Proven track record in revenue management and guest satisfaction excellence
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
- Certification in Six Sigma or LEED Green Building Management
- Experience with Oracle Opera or similar hospitality management systems
- Deep knowledge of Southeast Asian tourism trends and regulations
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution capabilities
