Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Lead P&L management, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
- Oversee all resort departments including F&B, Rooms, Spa, and Events
- Drive guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management
- Implement innovative service standards and brand positioning strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and local community engagement
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance development programs
- Ensure compliance with international safety and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Experience managing 200+ staff across multiple departments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Certified hospitality management degree (e.g., Cornell, Ecole Hôtelière)
- Expertise in digital marketing and online reputation systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations and cultural nuances
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes luxury environments
