Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, spa, and guest services
- Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 200+ hospitality professionals
- Manage multi-million IDR budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and premium service delivery
- Forge strategic partnerships with local tourism boards and luxury travel agencies
- Implement sustainable practices and community engagement initiatives
- Drive digital transformation in guest experiences and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years in director-level management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium resort environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages valued
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism market dynamics
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams
- Certified hospitality management degree or equivalent industry credentials
- Expertise in PMS systems, revenue management, and luxury service standards
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
