Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of concierge staff to deliver personalized guest services
- Develop and execute unique guest experiences including private tours, yacht charters, and exclusive access
- Manage VIP guest requests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate seamlessly with F&B, spa, and activities departments for integrated service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train staff on local culture, attractions, and multilingual communication
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion
- Stay updated on seasonal events, trends, and competitive offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury hospitality experience with 2+ years in concierge management
- Proven track record in high-end guest relationship building
- Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) highly valued
- Deep knowledge of Santorini's tourism landscape, attractions, and logistics
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with PMS systems and digital concierge platforms
- Certification in hospitality management preferred
- Valid work authorization for Greece
