Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of concierge staff to deliver personalized guest experiences exceeding luxury standards
- Develop and maintain exclusive partnerships with local attractions, vendors, and cultural sites
- Anticipate and resolve guest inquiries with proactive solutions while maintaining discretion
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, special events, and bespoke excursion itineraries
- Analyze guest feedback trends to implement service improvements
- Train staff on local culture, language basics, and destination expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality with 2+ years in concierge management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Proven track record in curating unique guest experiences in premium destinations
- Certification in hospitality management or tourism preferred
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape, culture, and hidden gems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to minute details
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
