Join GlobalLink Logistics as our Logistics Operations Manager and lead the optimization of our end-to-end supply chain in Asia's premier logistics hub. You'll drive operational excellence, implement cutting-edge automation solutions, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cargo movement across air, sea, and land networks. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations including warehouse management, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
- Optimize supply chain efficiency through data-driven route planning and inventory control systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with carriers, 3PLs, and customs brokers
- Implement compliance protocols for international shipping regulations (IATA, IMDG, AEO)
- Lead digital transformation initiatives using WMS/TMS platforms and IoT integration
- Analyze KPIs for on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in APAC trade routes and customs regulations (Singapore/KL/China hubs)
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP TM, Oracle SCM preferred)
- Certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt or CSCP (CSCP preferred)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional ASEAN languages advantageous)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
