Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs by 15% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement, distribution, and customer service
- Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and transportation costs
- Optimize warehouse layouts and implement lean manufacturing principles
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Leverage logistics technology platforms (TMS/WMS) for data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of logistics experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Expertise in APAC supply chain networks and customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates)
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-cultural teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Malay preferred
