Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and last-mile delivery
- Optimize transportation networks using data analytics to reduce costs by 15-20% while improving delivery SLAs
- Implement and maintain compliance with EU customs regulations (REACH, IMO) and international trade policies
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in warehousing through WMS implementation and automation integration
- Develop KPIs for operational efficiency (OTIF, inventory turnover) and drive continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL providers across 15+ European countries
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions with proactive contingency planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive logistics experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in EU customs regulations and international trade compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics optimization modeling and cost analysis
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) highly valued
- Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in German or French considered a major plus
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and change management initiatives
