Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics operations across 5+ distribution centers
- Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and TMS platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory control and freight consolidation
- Develop KPIs for on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers
- Coordinate customs clearance and compliance documentation
- Conduct annual budget planning and cost variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics operations
- Expertise in APAC trade lanes and customs regulations
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- PMP or CSCP certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing remote teams in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
