Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost efficiency and service levels
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs brokers
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute logistics projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Leverage WMS/TMS systems to enhance operational visibility and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record in optimizing transportation networks and warehousing operations
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued for regional operations
