Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation coordination
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost-efficiency, delivery times, and service quality
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects and process improvements
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Drive sustainability initiatives through green logistics practices and carbon footprint reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in international shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS/WMS systems)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language highly advantageous
