Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving delivery reliability
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs brokers across 8+ countries
- Analyze logistics KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, freight spend) and drive continuous improvement
- Lead warehouse automation projects including WMS system implementation and robotics integration
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for new market entry and product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC cross-border operations
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and international trade compliance
- Proficient in logistics software (SAP, Oracle TMS) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization (20%+ savings target)
- Strong negotiation skills with carrier contract management experience
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) highly valued
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Japanese proficiency advantageous
