Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and support networks.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized clinical treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Deliver immediate, high-quality crisis intervention and risk assessment for clients experiencing acute distress.
- Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary medical, educational, and legal teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain precise, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system in full compliance with HIPAA and state licensing boards.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an institution accredited by the CSWE.
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-degree clinical experience, preferably in community health or family services.
- Strong working knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a diverse demographic client base.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic productivity software (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
