Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine appropriate interventions for families in crisis.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual and family goals.
- Facilitate weekly individual and group therapy sessions focusing on trauma, domestic issues, and mental wellness.
- Collaborate with local community agencies, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care coordination.
- Maintain precise, high-quality clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences to refine treatment strategies.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring the safety and stability of high-risk clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or behavioral health setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care and crisis management techniques.
- Strong understanding of Illinois community resources and social safety net programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
