Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to diverse populations.
- Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external agencies, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with all regulations.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate services.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a community mental health setting.
- Demonstrated experience with diverse populations and cultural competency.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
