Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to clients across various age groups and presenting concerns.
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers, including medical professionals, schools, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Engage in crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies as needed, ensuring client safety and stability.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services, addressing systemic barriers to care.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health or social services setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic interventions and assessment techniques.
- Strong cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and standard office software.
