Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments for clients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral health challenges.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for high-risk individuals in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and community partners to coordinate holistic care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review case progress and refine intervention strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, valid LCSW licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or behavioral health setting.
- Strong working knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, or EMDR preferred).
- Proven ability to work with diverse, marginalized, or high-risk populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
