Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions.
- Maintain precise, confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and community agencies to ensure holistic care coordination.
- Facilitate crisis intervention services and safety planning for high-risk clients.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and interdisciplinary case review meetings.
- Advocate for client needs within the broader social service and healthcare system.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, unrestricted LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong proficiency in trauma-informed care modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Exceptional documentation skills and familiarity with modern EHR platforms.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, underserved populations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative, team-based care.
